Meetings:
Board Meetings:
We currently hold board meetings quarterly. Our board meetings are used to keep track of our policies, events, treasurer reports, partnerships, and more. They are open to the public and we keep records of our board meeting minutes as well!

Working Meetings:
We hold working meetings on the first Monday of every other month starting in January! Working meetings are used to plan and organize events, donations to clients, other client benefits and continuing communications with the programs that we benefit. This time is also used to work on receiving donations and resources from the public, sponsorships from companies in the area and partnerships with many organizations in Larimer County.

Activities:
Participant Events:
We enjoy organizing different free sober events for the clients and their families. In the past we have had a few different events including: A launch party which included free pizza, drinks and prizes; An event at Chipper's Lanes with free bowling for any and all clients in the programs; A yoga event where we brought an instructor to the court house to offer free yoga to any and all clients; and an EPIC event with free ice skating for clients AND their families.

Informational Events:
We have sponsored and to co-hosted multiple International Overdose Awareness Day in Larimer County where we helped organize the event which included 20+ behavioral health community resources, speakers, music and an art/memorial space dedicated to honoring those affected by substance use in our community. The event also doubled as an Overdose Prevention training with Narcan Distribution to community members.
